MVA Power PO/ORDER Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy is that customer will be charged minumum of 30% of PO value. This can be adjusted based on the project/product type (Custom project specific, production status or off the shelf) to be advised at time of the cancellation.
Note: This is MVA's standard cancellation policy that can be adjusted based on customer requirement at quote time or with approval by MVA administration
